Booking Policies + Details

Cheyenna’s booking begins 1 year in advance (December 2026 opens December 1st 2025)

Inquiries under the minimum may inquire 60 days in advance

All trials are based out of Cheyenna’s studio in Lee’s Summit.

Travel fees are based upon location. Locations 2+ hours from Kansas City are considered destination and will receive a separate rate sheet upon inquiry

All wedding bookings have a $750 service minimum

All bookings require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer

Photoshoot or other occasions can inquire 30 days in advance for availability and booking.

Cheyenna is an independent artist with a headcount maximum of 10 and does not provide additional artists. Recommendations for secondary artists available upon request
